Violinist Lana Dalberg

Lana Dalberg is a mother, violinist, activist-fundraiser and published author. Her most recent book, “Birthing God: Women’s Experiences of the Divine” explores women’s stories of spirituality and faith. We are honored to have her talent, artistry, patience and love in our music-making magic circle. She has enriched most of the tracks on “Sing of Peace” with her skillful and soulful violin-in’ and is currently collaborating on many of the songs for our next cd, including “Mountain Mother” and “Somebody Calling.”

Poet Sherri Rose-Walker

Poet Sherri Rose-Walker

Sherri Rose-Walker is a life-long poet whose voice is beautiful, sophisticated, deeply emotional and and provocative. She writes of the simple beauties and enormous tragedies and wonders of life with a reverence and eloquence that will leave you breathless. Her work has appeared in the We’Moon Womens’ Wisdom Calendar, Bay Area Poets’ Seasonal Review, The Salt Reader, Blueprint and SF Peace and Hope. We are blessed to have co-created two songs with Sherri, weaving together lyrics from two of her poems with our own original music. We look forward to including these pieces, “Mountain Mother” and “Lullabies of Surrender” on our next cd.
